Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process where we create space for you to figure out what you want and chart a path forward. Using your strengths – and with your values as a guide – you can make progress toward goals that matter to YOU!
Some examples include:
- I want to create long-term goals and make noticeable progress.
- I want to create time management skills and a balance of fun and work.
- I want to create habits that prioritize self-care and independence.
- I want to be more present with my thoughts in the moment, and work on constructive self-talk.
- I want to be less anxious & stressed.
- I want to learn strategies to focus more effectively.
- I want to find resources that can help me learn.
- I want to be more organized and self-sufficient.
- I want to manage stress better.

What does it look like?
Pure organic coaching is conversation-based. It can be tough to describe because the experience is going to be different for each person, each time.
I will listen to you and ask insightful questions to help you try on a different perspective and connect the dots. You’re in the driver’s seat, because only you know what you need.

I am a Certified Youth Resilience and Well-Being Coach through the Youth Coaching Institute.
Who I Work With
- Teens
- Young adults
- Parents of teens
- Overachievers & perfectionists
- Neurodivergent individuals – including people with ADHD and autistic people
- LGBTQIA+ people
I work with clients ages 15 and up, specializing in youth and young adult services.
Services
I provide virtual coaching nationwide via Zoom. Sessions range from 30 to 45 minutes in length. Longer sessions tend to work well for people who like more conversation, or when you have deeper content to discuss. Shorter sessions tend to work best for people who prefer to be more direct and to the point, or when you have a tight schedule.

How it works
It starts with a free 20-minute meet & greet to determine if coaching is an appropriate fit.
I will ask you:
- What brought you to coaching?
- What are you hoping to gain?
- What kind of support do you need from me, as a coach?
You will have an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. Then, we will open up the conversation to explore your goals.
For minor clients, a parent or guardian needs to be present for this meeting. I will speak with the parent / guardian and the client separately to determine fit. (Please note that I do not work with minors who are not opting into coaching voluntarily. I only take on clients who are ready, willing, and able to set goals and commit to doing the work to pursue them.)
In closing, we will decide together if my coaching services seem to be a good fit for you at this time. If the answer is yes, I’ll send you a link so you can schedule sessions as you see fit. If the answer is no, I will share my recommendations of other resources that may be helpful.
IMPORTANT:
I am not a psychologist or a therapist.
I am not a healthcare practitioner, nor am I a nutritionist or personal fitness trainer.
I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I do not give medical advice.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching is all about using your strengths to pursue goals that matter to you, so you can live your best life.
Therapy, on the other hand, is focused on treating mental health conditions by healing past trauma, under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional (counselor, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist).
